Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional and motivated individual to join our team as a Pre Sales Solution Architect. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Architects.
- Assess client needs and develop solutions that optimize value for both the client and Diligent Corporation.
- Contextualize the value of our solutions to clients through value-driven presentations and demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with client business requirements.
- Secure input from all necessary solution stakeholders and adapt solutions as needed.
- Own and complete product and information security responses for Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Secure commitments from client staff to ensure a successful deal.
- Meet assigned targets for sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or other teams supported.
- Represent Diligent Corporation at events and tradeshows.
- Provide coaching and professional development to team members and sales colleagues to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Demonstrate expertise across Diligent Corporation's solutions to qualify or win deals.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Partner with sales teams and maintain a productive and positive relationship.
- Contribute to team sales quotas.
- Maintain high client satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Self-enable and rapidly acquire new technical skills and domain knowledge.
- Maintain strong presentation skills and communicate professionally through various means.
