Red Meat Industry Sustainability Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering national R&D strategies and activities for sustainability in the sheep and beef sectors. This involves collaborating with livestock producers, research providers and the innovation landscape to drive positive change.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Extensive experience (greater than 10 years) in R&D program management involving beef cattle and sheep in feedlot and/or grazing systems.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, business case development and opportunity assessment.
- Extensive experience and demonstrated achievement in delivering outcomes that benefit the sustainability and profitability of the industry.
