Senior Engineering Project Leader

This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop a team in the residential practice area. The project manager will oversee multiple projects, manage client relationships, and foster growth within the organization.
- Responsibilities:
- Direct projects by managing tasks, forecasting workload, financial performance, resource, and staffing needs while collaborating with clients and teammates.
- Oversee and participate in the cultivation of existing client relationships through periodic meetings, proposal development, and obtaining feedback.
- Prepare agreements and oversee the creation and approval of construction plans, bid documents, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates.
- Analyze complex technical opportunities and devise new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve goals and strategies for the practice area.
- Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Licensed professional engineer.
- 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience.
- Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
