The successful candidate will provide focused psychological strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of people accessing mental health services within a community-based setting.
- Comprehensive assessment, brief and ongoing interventions, risk management, and care planning
- Collaborative work across health service networks to plan and coordinate psychosocial interventions based on case formulation
- Effective participation within multidisciplinary teams, professional networks, and with consumers, families, and extended agencies
Seeking an experienced clinician to join our team in Dubbo, requiring comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Brief Intervention Models of Care, commitment to continuous learning, and dedication to improving mental health outcomes.
- Registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective communication with individuals at risk of developing mental illness
- Ability to work creatively, collaboratively, and effectively within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
