Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at the Western NSW Medicare Mental Health Centre in Dubbo.

As an experienced clinician, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals experiencing psychological distress and providing guidance on treatment options.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
    • Provide clear guidance on treatment options and refer clients to appropriate services as needed.
    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
    • Strong clinical skills, with experience in assessing and treating mental health conditions.
