Looking for a career change? We have an amazing opportunity as a Regional PT Manager overseeing Melbourne. This is a challenging role that would see you leading a team of Personal Trainers across various sites in the region, growing their skills and performance at pace.

About the Job

You will be responsible for overall business performance of your region. This includes:

  • Recruitment, supervision, training and development of all personal trainers
  • Hiring skilled and experienced personal trainers who can meet the demands of the business
  • Liaising with industry partners to further spread our recruitment capabilities

You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest level of compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will need to maintain accurate records and ensure all trainers are properly qualified and insured.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership and business acumen skills. You will be working closely with the management team to drive the business forward and achieve its goals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years industry experience
  • A Certificate III & IV in Fitness or above
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • A Police Check & Working with Children Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will need to be able to lead and motivate a team of trainers, while also managing the business side of things. You will need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
