Key Responsibilities
  • Fix cyber security weaknesses by installing patches, upgrading software, and adjusting system settings.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of vulnerability remediation – planning, change management, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and implement automated patching strategies aligned with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Configure and deploy patches across servers, workstations, and IoT devices.
  • Use Group Policy, Intune, and scripting solutions to address configuration vulnerabilities.
  • Contribute to enhancing cybersecurity resilience in large-scale government infrastructure.
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or related technical roles.
  • Strong expertise across Windows Servers, Active Directory, SQL clusters, VMware, Commvault, mobile devices, and IoT.
  • Skilled in vulnerability remediation within enterprise or government environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Intune, Azure Update Manager, and server monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments (desirable).
  • Understanding of ITIL or IT Service Management frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under pressure.
