Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert service support and project work, including installation, diagnosis, and repair of medical imaging products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Services: Conduct installations of X-ray systems and other medical devices in accordance with customer requirements and industry specifications.
  • Diagnostics and Repair: Analytically diagnose and perform repairs on medical imaging equipment, ensuring that relevant updates and patches are applied as needed.
  • Remote Support: Perform remote diagnostic procedures at customer sites to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on medical imaging products to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Qualifications: Hold or be eligible for any required electrical and/or radiation licenses, and possess a tertiary qualification in Electrical, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Experience: Have proven experience in electro-mechanical service and repair work, particularly with medical imaging products.
  • Technical Knowledge: Be familiar with the setup and configuration of medical imaging standards such as DICOM and HL7, and have basic IT knowledge of Windows operating systems, PC repairs, and installations.
  • Skillset: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Additional Requirements: Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to participate in the 24/7 roster to support medical imaging products and solutions.
