Trolley Collection and Maintenance Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Proactive Services team as a Trolley Collection and Maintenance Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting trolleys from car parks and surrounding streets, ensuring they are returned to their designated bays in a clean and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding streets using a designated vehicle
  • Push trolleys up a ramp onto the vehicle for collection and storage
  • Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the designated bays
  • Carry out pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle
  • Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection
  • Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys
  • Perform cleaning and waste disposal tasks as required

Requirements:

  • A full (unrestricted) Australian driver's license or equivalent
  • Physical fitness to perform the demands of the role
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
