Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
As a Home Care Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
- Assisting with mobility and therapy goals
- Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability
- Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications
- An Open class Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including guaranteed hours and shifts, award rate, superannuation, paid kilometres, phone allowance, employee benefits program, and salary packaging up to $18,550 tax-free each year.
