Job Description

Aged Care Support Worker is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.

As a skilled and compassionate Aged Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing. You will work closely with clients to provide personal care services, including getting them dressed and ready for the day, assisting with medications, and providing emotional support.

You will also be responsible for delivering home help services, such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. This is an exciting chance to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certification III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
