About this Digital Marketing Manager role

We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role that involves building and managing our digital marketing capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a specialist digital marketing function focused on performance advertising, CRM, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology infrastructure.

This role involves organisational planning, team setup, resourcing, process development, and performance tracking all aimed at enabling digital marketing excellence across the business.

Key responsibilities include defining the digital marketing vision, team structure, and roadmap. The successful candidate will also lead the strategy and execution of all paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, native ads, directories, and digital publishers.

Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will be accountable for driving SEO strategy with a focus on non-branded traffic and conversion growth. They will oversee technical audits, backlinking strategies, and on-page content improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field and 4+ years of experience in digital marketing. They should have demonstrated success managing multi-channel digital campaigns and have deep experience with data-led performance marketing, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-performing digital campaigns and drive business growth.
