Division Leader

The successful candidate will lead a team of healthcare professionals, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of occupational therapy experts, overseeing recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for the occupational therapy division in alignment with organisational goals.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including service standards and reporting obligations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to meet their needs and preferences.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills in occupational therapy, particularly in home modifications for older adults. They will also have excellent knowledge of relevant guidelines, regulations, and best practices in the sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a reputable institution.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in clinical practice, with a focus on aged care and home modifications.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams of healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to engage effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders.
