The role of Community Registered Nurse involves providing clinical assessments, reviews and care planning for clients in their homes within the Ballarat community.

  • Deliver comprehensive in-home clinical assessments, reviews and care needs for clients.
  • Offer expert clinical advice and guidance to clients, referring them to external services where necessary.
  • Collaborate with local healthcare professionals to ensure responsive care is provided in clients' homes.
  • Lead by example in fostering a harmonious team environment, coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA Div 1 Nursing registration.
  • At least 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Community, Commonwealth Home Support or District Nursing.
  • A team player with a flexible approach, possessing a positive outlook.

This position requires:

  • A valid Working With Children Check card.
  • Ongoing flu vaccinations.
  • Australian citizenship or residency status.
  • The ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS clearance.
