Job Description

As a Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activity for maintenance-related goods and services. Your key duties will include controlling all purchasing activities, monitoring stock/parts ordering, working closely with the Maintenance team to understand and deliver part needs, raising purchase orders, and managing accounts related emails.


Responsibilities
  • Procure and manage the purchase of goods and services in line with company requirements;
  • Monitor and action stock/parts ordering in alignment with critical rating systems;
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to identify and source parts requirements;
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and manage associated documentation;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of parts;
  • Track and monitor ETA/ETD and collaborate with the Warehouse team on receipt of goods;
