Establish Your Audiology Business in a New Location

This is an exceptional opportunity for audiology professionals to partner with a leading healthcare organization and establish their own business in a new location.

Job Description:
  • Work as a joint venture partner, enjoying the freedom to manage your customers and make critical day-to-day decisions while receiving support from our experienced team.
  • Contribute to the launch of a new Specsavers store in Tamworth, creating a unique chance to be part of a pioneering project that brings together audiology and optometry services in the local community.

As a joint venture partner, you will benefit from comprehensive support, including a 2.5-week induction program covering clinical standards and business management, as well as ongoing guidance and assistance in managing your business.

Our partnership offers a range of benefits, including a guaranteed salary, annual leave, birthday leave, and the potential to earn additional income through profit sharing and share value.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).
  • Two years of clinical experience post obtaining QP.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills, enabling you to build strategic working relationships.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Desire to contribute to shaping the industry for the better, focusing on clinical excellence, transparent pricing, and value-for-money products.

Benefits of Our Partnership:

  • Guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 - $110,000 plus super (paid fortnightly), plus annual profit (paid quarterly once the business is making profit) and the future value of your shares in the business you develop and build (paid when you retire from the business).
