Team Leader/Site Supervisor

We're a dynamic and fun tourism photography company, capturing memories and creating smiles all around Australia. We're currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Sydney team.
This role involves acting as 2IC, assisting the Photography Site Manager in leading and motivating an epic team who captures fun interactive photos of guests at attractions, publishes those photos, and sells them to our guests.
This is an incredible opportunity for backpackers on a Working Holiday Visa to gain valuable experience while meeting people from all over the world.
We meet the current exemption requirements, allowing you to work with us for more than 6 months without needing special permission if you're performing work in a critical sector.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An outgoing and energetic work ethic
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or management experience
- Strong sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a busy environment
- Experience in retail and/or customer service industries
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities
- A well-groomed appearance
You must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods. We offer a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to grow and succeed locally and globally.
