We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to champion best practices in quality and compliance across our Inclusive Employment programs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee compliance for our IEA program, ensuring alignment with legislation, guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with national and state quality frameworks, standards, and risk management principles.
  • Audit and review services regularly to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance to operational teams on embedding compliance into daily practices.
  • Develop training and resources to support consistent, compliant service delivery.
  • Monitor performance indicators to inform decision-making and planning.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks through proactive analysis, reporting, and corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in compliance, audit, or quality assurance within disability employment services.
  • Tertiary qualifications in compliance, quality management, employment services, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of DES/IEA guidelines, contractual obligations, performance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex guidelines and translate them into practical operational processes.
  • Experience in leading or supporting accreditation and audit processes, managing risk and driving continuous improvement.
  • Unrestricted driver's licence.
