Environmental Sustainability Professional

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advancing our sustainability agenda. Your primary objective will be to support our Senior Manager Sustainability in driving forward strategic initiatives that align with our company's objectives.
The role encompasses supporting our sustainability reporting requirements, including developing systems and processes that enable informed decision-making and delivering our ESG internal and external reporting suite that meets sustainability disclosure and reporting standards across our locations.
You will also be responsible for assisting in managing key sustainability projects, focusing on environmental ambitions and building engagement with internal and external stakeholders about our sustainability efforts.
To succeed in this role, it is essential to have a strong background in corporate sustainability or similar fields. A critical thinker with a strong risk mindset will be able to proactively drive forward pieces of work to identify sustainability risks and opportunities for us.
Strong relationship-building skills and stakeholder management skills are necessary to secure buy-in from across the business towards our sustainability ambitions.
High-level organisational, presentation, and communication skills are also required, along with attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of technical data.
Experience and ability working in a highly numerate and analytical environment, maintaining a contemporary understanding of sustainability and ESG through research and relationships with industry peers, are highly desired.
