Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Finance Graduate to join our dynamic finance team. As a key member of our Commercial Finance Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Duties:
- Process invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and resolving discrepancies by liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and reconcile financial reports in NetSuite and Excel, supporting month-end and year-end reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer the corporate credit card program, including issuing cards and monitoring usage, processing and reviewing statements, and ensuring timely payments and compliance with policies.
- Financial Support:
- Assist Finance Business Partners in evaluating business cases, providing insights to support decisions.
- Help prepare financial forecasts, analyze variances, and assist in budget planning.
- Deliver management reports, offering insights into financial performance and helping improve reporting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn financial systems like NetSuite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with accounting systems like NetSuite.
- Experience or internships related to finance, accounting, or business analysis.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and forecasting.
- Cryptocurrency knowledge advantageous.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira.
