Position Overview

As a dedicated professional in the aged care sector, you will deliver exceptional personalized support to our esteemed elderly clients within the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting with everyday household duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment
  • Providing personal assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual needs
  • Offering companionship and social engagement
  • Facilitating respite care for families
  • Providing transportation for medical appointments and shopping errands

Key Qualifications:

  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle are mandatory
  • A strong sense of reliability and empathy towards the elderly population
  • Excellent communication abilities coupled with a positive demeanor
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or a similar qualification is preferred but not essential; training opportunities are available through our program
  • Previous experience in home care is advantageous but not a requirement
