Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and debug test equipment, executable software, and code.
  • Work with testing equipment to develop user-friendly software.
  • Design software architecture and optimize performance.
  • Data acquisition and manipulation using different hardware.
  • Provide documentation for new or existing designs.
  • Perform tasks accurately and efficiently, free from errors.
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in automation and software development for test automation.
  • Experience using LabVIEW and Test Stand for test automation.
  • Experience with other programming languages or programs such as C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, Test Complete, Test Stand.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation hardware and software issues.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work well under schedule pressures and balance priorities.
  • Team player with a willingness to help complete overall team goals.
  • Receptive to change and able to give and receive feedback.
  • Collaborate with development and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely software system integration and verification.
  • Work with Project Management and technical resources to ensure that the strategy, planning, and delivery approach achieves the desired results.
  • Test automation with scripting language.
  • LabVIEW and Test Stand experience a plus.
  • Automation hardware, test equipment, National Instruments hardware.
  • HP Quality Center (HPQC), DOORS.
  • NI hardware.

Salary Range
