Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Health and Community Centre of Excellence, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Foster and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, and regulatory bodies to elevate the Centre's reputation and capabilities.
  • KPI and P&L Management: Oversee performance across three regional campuses, driving strategy and innovation in service delivery, managing financial outcomes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to standards set by ANMAC, ASQA, and HESG, working with the Education Solutions team to maintain program accreditation and comply with legislation and governance requirements.
  • Program Development and Innovation: Advise on the product portfolio and market strategy, collaborating with the Education Solutions team and external providers to design and develop programs that enhance quality and outcomes for students.
  • Operational Planning and Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement operational plans that align with strategic goals, working closely with the Learner Experience and Operations Support teams to address learner and stakeholder issues and drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development Support: Manage client relationships and liaise with the Commercial team to identify and pursue business development opportunities, supporting the expansion of industry delivery and tendering arrangements.
Competencies Required
  • Behavioural: Advanced skills in building capability, commercial acumen, customer and partnership focus, collaboration, change leadership, performance management, proactivity, and accountability.
  • Technical: Advanced experience in managing services, mentoring educators, project management, and recognized expertise in the industry or area of specialization.
Application Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree in business, management, or a learning-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in managing health services, developing industry partnerships, and achieving strategic goals.
