Job Overview:

The Employability and Partnerships Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing high-level advice to key stakeholders internally and externally, with the aim of implementing effective employability initiatives and activities.

This position requires up-to-date knowledge and expertise of legislative, regulatory, policy, and strategic issues associated with employability and partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level advice on strategic and operational matters related to employability and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop policies and procedures related to employability and partnerships.
  • Manage complex case escalations from faculties and divisions.
  • Coordinate legal arrangements for employability initiatives and activities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance student communication, participation, recruitment, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing employability and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative and institutional policies.
  • Proven ability to provide high-level strategic advice and lead complex cases.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time ongoing position working Monday to Friday, business hours, with hybrid work arrangements.
