About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Marketing Manager to join our NSW residential communities' team.

This role will involve working closely with our NSW and National Marketing Team to drive day-to-day marketing operations and lead generation campaigns for active projects, while developing positioning, launch strategy and awareness building campaigns for greenfield projects.

You will be responsible for leading the ongoing management and strategy of place brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing, media and collateral to retain brand integrity while retaining a strong connection with the Ingenia Lifestyle parent brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth
  • Manage and coordinate asset production, including renders, photography, video shoots, aerials, floor plans, stage releases and general marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with sales and operational stakeholders to maintain a regular cadence of community events
  • Manage project marketing budgets, ensuring marketing spend is effective, efficient and accurately reported
  • Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders, including customers, cross-functional colleagues, suppliers, external agencies and partner organisations

About You

  • Extensive property marketing experience, preferably in retirement living
  • Strategic marketer with experience in new project launches, from visioning to onsite activation
  • Experience in briefing and managing creative and media agencies
  • Ability to evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to provide qualitative input into the strategic marketing plans
  • Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications
  • Experience contributing to delivery of campaigns and events with ambition to manage end-to-end, including objectives, ideation, planning, execution, and evaluation
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, experienced at working effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
