Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead our web development and UI/UX design projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketers) to ensure projects are executed to the highest quality.
  • Oversee the UI/UX design process, ensuring user experience best practices are applied throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships, setting expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews, gathering client feedback and implementing lessons learned to enhance future projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, preferably within a digital or development agency.
  • Strong understanding of web development processes, technologies, and tools, with hands-on experience managing projects on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and other CMSs.
  • Solid background in UI/UX design management, ensuring user-centred design principles are applied effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Web Development, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within a digital or development agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of web development processes, technologies, and experience managing projects on CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
  • Proven experience managing UI/UX design projects, ensuring user-centred design principles are effectively applied.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
