Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Y Kinders in Bendigo. As a Diploma Educator, you will have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and collaborate with a passionate team of educators.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver child-centred learning activities that promote curiosity and development.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that fosters warm relationships with children and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality early childhood education and care.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it).
- VIT registration as an ECT.
- A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF frameworks.
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain them).
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings.
