We are seeking an experienced specialist to shape and build a brand-new customer experience insights function from the ground up.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our customer-centric strategy, applying strong design skills, analytical prowess, and effective communication abilities to drive organisational success.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and Refine Customer-Centric Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive customer journey maps, service blueprints, personas, and experience frameworks.
- Evaluate Programme Impact: Develop key performance indicators and measure customer feedback from multiple channels.
- Turn Insights into Actionable Recommendations: Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Build Client-Centric Culture: Embed a client-centric culture through workshops, tools, and capability-building initiatives.
- 7+ years' experience in customer experience, insights, or evaluation, preferably in professional services.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and tell compelling stories.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Human-centred design and customer journey mapping expertise.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work across teams and projects.
