  • Lead engineering management for water and wastewater projects from design through to construction.
  • Drive the development of systems, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with project objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership across design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site managers, construction teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction activities.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, skills, and training to deliver on project objectives.
  • Identify potential risks related to engineering and construction and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Sustain the growth of the water and wastewater team through mentorship and by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
