Job Description

The Operations Director/Store Performance Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the store, as well as leading and developing a team to optimise sales, customer experience, and store performance.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of AU$ 65,000 - AU$ 80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior people leadership experience in a similar customer-facing role
  • The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prior sales experience, with the ability to educate your team and customers about our products and how they can help achieve their goals
  • An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
  • A self-starter with proven experience in multitasking, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced environment
