About Our Disability Support Role

We have vacancies for experienced individuals to provide high-quality support services in the community and direct care areas.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered care and support through direct and group activities including community access and engagement.
  • Provide individual personal care services that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and cooking.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and review support plans that are tailored to their goals and aspirations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working in the disability sector.
  • A certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability would be highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of and respect for the rights and choices of clients and their families.
  • A person-centered approach to providing care and services.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
