Strategic Procurement Lead

The department is seeking an experienced Procurement Systems Leader to drive the design, implementation and delivery of key procurement systems. This role will focus on enhancing system capability, upholding data integrity and standardising procurement processes across the organisation.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for procurement systems
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of procurement systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing

This position requires a strong understanding of procurement principles, systems and processes, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and deliver procurement systems that meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on procurement-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and meeting deadlines
