Job Description

At a picturesque coastal community nestled in the heart of rainforest and lush parklands, we are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our dynamic team as a Waitperson. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive village atmosphere, offering quality facilities and a relaxing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be flexible, motivated and eager to learn, with a willingness to obtain certifications such as Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid/CPR.

  • Preparation and service of cafe drinks
  • Bar service
  • Restocking of items
  • Assisting with general hall and cafe operations
  • Basic administration
  • Assisting kitchen staff as needed and back of house duties
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in a similar role within a restaurant/hospitality setting. Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible, motivated and eager to learn
  • A passionate and customer-focused approach with a can-do and proactive attitude
  • Training provided
