Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the funeral service, including arranging for transportation, flowers, and other details.
- Work closely with families to understand their needs and preferences, and provide guidance and support throughout the planning process.
- Implement the funeral plan on the day of the service, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to families' requests and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work with grieving families and provide emotional support.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of empathy and compassion.
- Full unrestricted driver's license.
