We are embarking on a transformative journey, investing in our people, systems and processes to unlock smarter ways of working. At the centre of this transformation is SAP S/4HANA.

We are seeking an experienced data modeller to join us on a pivotal role in a multi-year SAP transformation. This role will help bring our new enterprise data landscape to life, ensuring our data models are future-ready, interoperable and primed for analytics, reporting and AI.

As part of our ERP Data & Analytics team, you'll collaborate with technical leads, business SMEs and delivery partners to build scalable, high-quality SAP data models that bridge SAP and non-SAP data sources.

You'll be the translator between complexity and clarity - turning business needs into powerful, well-structured models that fuel strategic insight and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and document high-quality, scalable SAP data models aligned with reporting and analytics needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define data model requirements and ensure alignment across operational and analytical priorities.
  • Translate complex data sources into clear, structured models using best-practice methodologies (Kimball, metadata, lineage etc.).
  • Identify data gaps and quality issues - proposing clear solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Embed strong data governance and documentation practices from day one.
  • Support the integration of SAP and non-SAP systems into a cohesive data ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in enterprise data modelling, including 7+ years in SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Proven expertise with SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Objects and modern data architecture.
  • Experience working with system integrators and leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage and documentation best practices.
  • Proficiency with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP MDG, Power BI or Snowflake.
