**Job Overview**

At Visa Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Insights Manager in the Fraud Risk Advisory Practice.

We are looking for an individual with expertise in fraud risk management, data analytics, and payments industry. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing detailed data analytics and modeling necessary to generate meaningful fraud insights for clients. This will involve preparing client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles and responsibilities, scope and outcomes / deliverables, and helping client advisory leads and account executives develop and refine proposals.

In addition, the candidate will undertake client interviews, collecting and analyzing inputs such as client information, data, processes, policies, competitive and environmental information. They will create compelling PowerPoint presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly.

The role also involves managing junior team members, ensuring project engagements remain on track, utilizing governance frameworks and mitigating/resolving complex problems that emerge during engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Fraud risk consulting practice development. Continuously build knowledge, drive new initiatives and support thought leadership pieces.
  • Perform detailed data analytics and modelling necessary to generate meaningful fraud insights for clients.
  • Prepare client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles and responsibilities, scope and outcomes / deliverables and help the client advisory leads and account executives develop and or refine proposals.
  • Prepare project materials including interview guides, data requirements, concepts, frameworks.
  • Undertake client interviews, collecting and analysing inputs such as client information, data, processes, policies, competitive and environmental information.
  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly.
  • Manage junior team members such as Associates, Analysts and Interns during projects.
  • Ensure project engagements remain on track, utilising governance frameworks and mitigating / resolving complex problems that emerge during engagements.
