Job Title: Experienced Trackwork Rider

Riding in a professional thoroughbred racing stable is an exciting and rewarding career choice.

  • We are seeking an experienced rider to join our team to ride 8-10 horses per morning with a focus on pace/timed work.
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to train and educate various horses, including young and inexperienced colts, and seasoned racehorses in barrier education, jumpouts, and timed fast work.
  • Demonstrating exceptional communication skills when taking instructions from multiple people is essential for this role.
  • The ability to work effectively and efficiently in both team and independent settings is required.

This role is Monday to Saturday, with options for full-time or casual employment (mornings only).

Ongoing training and development opportunities exist to enhance your skills and knowledge within a thoroughbred racing stable environment.
