The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Park Guest Liaison to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering exceptional customer service
  2. Efficiently processing guest arrivals and departures
  3. Utilizing the park booking system to manage reservations and accounts
  4. Collaborating with the Housekeeping team to ensure accommodation readiness
  5. Supplying guests with essential information about our property and local attractions
  6. Managing day-to-day office tasks
  7. Nurturing strong relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in a Front Office environment, preferably in hospitality
  2. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences
  3. Proficiency in computer software, including RMS or comparable systems
  4. Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Accuracy when handling cash transactions
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  7. A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  8. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
  9. A valid driver's license
