About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Services Officer to join our team at Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and administrative support across our range of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional client service at the initial point of contact and consistently throughout the entire client interaction with RASA, adhering to best practices.
  • Triage and Service Needs: Conduct triage and identify service needs for clients and visitors, whether on-site or via phone, which includes scheduling appointments and providing information about RASA services.
  • Front Desk Support: Welcome and assist clients and visitors at the front desk, ensuring a high standard of risk management at the site.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability in service delivery to effectively meet the diverse needs of clients, including those with varying abilities, languages, and cultural backgrounds, both in-person and through digital platforms.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Community Services: Certificate IV (AQF level 4) in Community Services (or willingness to complete within 12 months).
  • Passion for Community Services: A passion for community services and community well-being.
  • Experience in Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are critical.
