Network Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Data Specialist to join our IT team and play a critical role in supporting and evolving enterprise network environments across data centers and cloud-integrated platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in routing, switching, and wireless LAN networks. Experience with configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and wireless controllers is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, provision, upgrade, capacity plan, and performance test networks
  • Ensure current SLA and KPI requirements for support
  • Provide second-level and third-level network support on incidents and contribute to provide RCA
  • Produce network diagrams, technical documentation, test plans, reports, and records regarding infrastructure solutions
  • Maintain and ensure current SLA & KPIs requirements for support
  • Worked in a data center and branch environment with focus on routing and switching

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in understanding and working knowledge on LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN, & SDWAN
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on Routing, Switching & Wireless LAN network
  • Extensive experience on configuring & troubleshooting Routers, Switches & wireless controllers
  • Strong Knowledge on Cisco Routers, Switches, WLC, Access Points
  • Clear understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Service request along with Ticketing Tool like Service Now

Desired Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • CCNP or higher certification
  • Knowledge of Cisco Firewalls
  • Knowledge of Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds
  • Experience of working with global clients and worked in at least one Managed services project
