Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and dispatch goods within the warehouse, adhering to established procedures and deadlines;
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of goods, including loading of trucks;
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers;
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to WHS policies and procedures;
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and development planning to enhance job skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety policies and procedures;
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines;
  • Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late night shifts;
  • Current Forklift, Driver's, and Picker's License (preferred).
