We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Manager to join our Technical Services team at Transport for NSW. As a key member of our Spatial Project Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of reliable services from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the technical implementation of GIS, ensuring high-quality deliverables across project teams, stakeholders, and partners.
- Lead GIS implementation and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of GIS knowledge.
- Collaborate with a team of GIS managers and analysts to bring geospatial expertise to support project teams and ensure top-notch geospatial deliverables.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate the Transport ways of leading.
We are looking for a proactive and autonomous individual with a profound passion for the intersection of engineering, technology, and people. You will have a solid foundation in GIS processes and technologies, with a track record of successfully implementing GIS specifications, standards, procedures, and technology.
You will be a valuable asset in seamlessly integrating GIS into project workflows, with a background in the transport industry and a commitment to excellence in GIS management.
