THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Communications Executive (Digital & Direct) to join our dynamic team. This role is a full-time 12-month maternity leave contract, with the potential for extension into a permanent position.
In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with a broader marketing team and operations managers to drive success across our brands. You will also have access to various agencies to ensure the delivery of outstanding results in your area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing direct marketing initiatives, including SMS, Email, and app push notifications.
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital and direct marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with multiple agencies to optimize advertising expenditures.
- Managing content across various websites and applications to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Enhancing relationships with digital and direct marketing agencies.
- Ensuring all marketing assets comply with Mounties Group Quality Standards.
- Providing support to the Marketing Team as needed.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Marketing.
- A data-driven mindset with a structured approach to marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML coding for EDM production.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong copywriting abilities.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Marketing Technology, including Adobe Creative Suite.
