Job Description

We are seeking a Christmas Casual to join our team in Lansell, VIC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide memorable experiences for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stock Management: Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring seamless shopping experiences.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain the store's visual appeal, adhering to our high standards.
  • Urgency and Efficiency: Act promptly to meet customer needs and complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Presentation and Style: Take pride in your personal style and presentation, reflecting our brand's image.
  • Fashion and Trends: Show an interest in fashion and trends, staying up-to-date with the latest styles.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate initiative, think critically, and enjoy solving problems.
  • Previous Experience: Possess previous retail experience or customer service experience, preferably in high-volume fashion retail.
  • Availability: Be available to work during peak periods, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary and Benefits
