About the Disability Support Role- Support clients in achieving their physical and mental health goals through client-focused support.
- Develop and coordinate social outings and daily living activities that cater to individual needs.
- Build relationships with the community to enhance clients' opportunities and objectives.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Valid Australian driver's licence (optional) and comprehensive car insurance if applicable.
- Meaningful work contributing to the well-being of clients.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
- A supportive work environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Manual handling and challenging behaviour management experience an advantage.
- Previous experience in disability support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN). Availability to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
