Job Description:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals by executing promotional and event calendars in-store. This requires flexibility and availability to attend shifts at short notice.

  • Provide exceptional customer service across all Estee Lauder Cosmetic brands, demonstrating products and explaining benefits to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in events to drive business, ensuring a branded theme at all times and creating an engaging experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience within the cosmetics/beauty industry, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all Estee Lauder Brand products and passion for the beauty industry, with excellent makeup and artistry skills.
  • Teamwork-oriented with ability to work in a selling, goal-driven environment, effective communication skills with customers, peers, and management.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
