- Provide exceptional customer service and person-centered, evidence-based care.
- Supervise and precept Enrolled Nurses, Graduates, and Students, as well as AINs/PSAs.
- Effectively work within scope of practice and demonstrate clinical competencies.
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes, including recognition and timely response to patient deterioration.
- Work as a valued member of an inter-disciplinary team, managing own worktime and personal well-being.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Nurse with AHPRA.

Our mental health service comprises 63 beds, configured into four distinct units: a 20-bed acute care unit, a 6-bed short-stay unit, a 15-bed older persons' unit, and a 22-bed private ward, providing a range of specialized care options for our patients.
