The Shoreline Luxury Retirement Village is a privately owned retirement precinct set in a stunning coastal setting on the North Coast of New South Wales. This luxurious village boasts a resort-like atmosphere and top-of-the-line care options, with easy access to premier shopping destinations, beautiful beaches, and other attractions on the Coffs Coast.

About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our luxury retirement village. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the quality of care, legislative requirements, strategic directions, and day-to-day business operations, including finances within budgetary guidelines. You will also foster strong relationships with the local community, key stakeholders, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall operations of The Shoreline's luxury retirement village, including all areas relating to standard and quality of care, legislative requirements, and strategic directions.
• Develop and implement strategies for shaping the future of our village and delivering exceptional care to our residents.
• Foster strong relationships with the local community, key stakeholders, and employees to promote a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Ensure financial performance meets budgetary guidelines while maintaining high standards of care and service.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, finance, or nursing.
• Current APHRA registration (desirable).
• Proven experience in Aged Care Management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accounting standards relating to aged care.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to network and forge partnerships with external stakeholders, work in conjunction with our clinical team, and engage with residents and their families.
• Ability to solve problems independently and identify improvements.
