We are seeking an experienced Workforce Scheduler to join our team at The Shoreline Luxury Retirement Village and Residential Aged Care Facility in Coffs Harbour, NSW.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our facility by effectively managing staff rosters, time and attendance records, and payroll exports.

This is a full-time position offering stable and secure employment, along with a friendly and supportive team environment. As part of our benefits package, employees receive 50% off at the Shoreline cafe, use of onsite gyms, and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in rostering/payroll systems, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a high-volume, ever-changing environment. You will be confident in questioning and suggesting improvements, while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing accurate and timely rosters for Shoreline staff
  • Managing coverage for day-to-day absences and advance leave requests
  • Balancing operational needs with organisational goals

What We Offer

This is a highly rewarding role that comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy a range of employee benefits, including:
