Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex technical separation initiatives that span multiple business units. You'll be responsible for managing interdependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement to deliver high-impact outcomes.

  • Leading large-scale, high-complexity projects from initiation through to completion
  • Managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all phases
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and vendor collaboration
  • Overseeing project governance, reporting, and documentation
  • Championing continuous improvement and change adoption
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a high-performance culture

This role requires at least 8 years' experience managing complex, transformational projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • A proven track record of delivering projects in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments
  • Formal qualifications in Project Management (essential); certifications in Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma (highly regarded)
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with project governance, change management, and business analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly SharePoint and MS Project
  • Leads with integrity, adapts quickly, and thrives in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
